Includes a 20 minute sessions with one of our in-house photographers in 2 of our Holiday Sets and 10 edited photos. (14-day turnaround time). Max Guest: 8 people
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payments • Payment is due upon booking to secure date. • No-shows or cancellations are non-refundable. • Overtime billed at 1.5x hourly rate in 30-minute increments. Capacity & Usage • Setup and cleanup must be completed within rental time. • Optional cleaning service: $100. • Overtime, damages, or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the $300 refundable deposit or billed if exceeding it. Food & Refreshments • Light snacks and beverages only. • No cooking, catering, or alcohol permitted. • Clients must clean and remove all food and trash. Equipment & Property • Clients are responsible for all equipment while in use. • Damage, loss, or breakage billed at full repair or replacement cost. • Outstanding charges must be paid before future bookings. Pets • Up to two pets allowed per session. • Must be supervised and under control at all times. • Clients are responsible for any mess or damage caused by pets. Smash Cake Sessions • Clients must clean all cake, frosting, and mess. • Damage to props, surfaces, or backdrops may result in cleaning or repair fees. Liability & Compliance • Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JVS Studio & Co from all claims or damages. • No open flames, smoking, or illegal activity permitted. Force Majeure • JVS Studio is not liable for cancellations due to emergencies or natural disasters. • Rebooking credit will be provided.
